Return Window

We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back.

1. Return & Exchange Process

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory item, please contact us within 60 days after delivery.

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email our customer support team at emmahowe491@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Step 2 – Receive Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address via email. Please do not return any item without prior authorization.

Step 3 – Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund or exchange.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Estimated processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
